Robert Gibbs, in his book "A History of Aylesbury with its Borough and Hundreds, the Hamlet of Walton and the Electoral Divisions", 1885, describes the mural tablets to be found in the chapel.
"There were a few mural tablets in the old chapel, which had been preserved, and erected in the vestry-room of the new building; they are to the memory of:-
For Twenty-seven years pastor,
Born 1760, died 1844.
Wife of William Gunn,
Born 1773, died 1845.
MRS. SELINA LINES
Died June 5th, 1831,
Aged 34 years.
Born 1756, died 1837."
