Minerals and Crystals

	Minerals and Crystals - a collaborative CD-ROM project between Earth Sciences, KMi and the National Museums and Galleries of Wales. The project was authored in Director by David Palmer.
The gallery of minerals covered on the CD-ROM. Specimens provided by John Holbrook, and Richard Bevins of the Museum.
	For each mineral, you can view a simple object movie of an actual rock sample... Photos taken by Andy Tindle using a small Sony video camera and Adobe Premiere.
...or an object movie created from the output of a computer modelling package 'Crystal Maker'.
